Return/Refund Policy

Return Guidelines:

 

If you are not satisfied with the product that you received, you can return the item by calling or emailing our friendly team at **sales@seedcoffeeroasters.ae**. The returned item is subject to the following conditions:

1. Return the items within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
2. Items must present ‘as new’ in appearance, be unused, and show no signs of use, wear, tear, or damage. We cannot accept used items.
3. Items must be packaged in their original, undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
4. The item’s original packaging should not be marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
5. Returned items must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
6. We do not accept returns on any international orders. Please order wisely.

**Note**: The Return and Refund Policy is applicable only in the UAE. For international orders, the return of products is not allowed unless they are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, faulty items, an incorrect item in your order, or a product that does not match the description, we will resolve this as quickly as possible. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund as per your choice. Please contact us by calling or emailing our friendly team at **sales@seedcoffeeroasters.ae**. We aim to process replacements or returns within 3 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Guidelines:

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

- **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Refunds will be issued as cash.
- **Credit/Debit Card Payments**: Refunds will be issued to your card or as store credits, depending on your preference.

The refund process will begin once your product is received back at our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved:
- Refunds for card payments take up to 30 days.
- Cash refunds are processed within 3 days.

**Note**: If you cancel your order before shipping and paid by card, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card within 30 days.
